Free Standard Delivery: This is a Royal Mail 1st Class service with an estimated delivery time of next day if ordered before 3pm. The time scale is not guaranteed.
Next Day Courier £5: This service is only available for a UK Mainland delivery address. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day. Please note that the delivery time can be up untill 6pm and a signature will be require upon delivery.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Services Department on 0800 046 3653 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a returns number (valid for 14 days) which must be presented with the returned item/s.
If you purchase the wrong item or decide for any reason that you don’t require the item then you must return the order within 30 days of the original purchase date. The cartridge must be unopened, unused and in a resellable condition. Once received we can issue a refund or an exchange.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for any returned items. Balance Stationery cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received unless proof of postage can be provided.
Before any item is returned we ask that you contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number. The RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by Balance Stationery.

For your peace of mind all our ink and toners come with a 1 year guarantee, so we can firstly offer a repair service or if not possible a replacement item.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number and the relevant returns address.
